How I study English

I am study English to become using English very well. I can't use English very well now. So I want to speaking ,writing,and listening well. I always read English books. I can't read well now, so I am using dictionary everyday. I want to be read English books with out dictionary. I like to read books,so Ilike to read more than speaking and listening. but I think I have to speak and listening well more than now.
